As a Content Designer, you'll help set the standards for content design across the public sector. Working as part of a multidisciplinary digital delivery team, you will turn complex processes into clear, helpful information. This role offers a chance to shape the voice of digital government from day one, guiding others, winning buy-in, and leaving behind reusable and scalable patterns.

The company is hiring a mid-level Product Content Designer to own high-impact product copy across flows and surfaces for their Mission Aligned Teams (MATS) across Fintech, Earnings, and Incubation Hub. You will focus on onboarding, landing pages, conversion moments, error states, settings, notifications, and more, while partnering with PMs, Product Designers, Researchers, Legal/Compliance, and Data to drive measurable outcomes.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Content Designer to shape how people understand and experience Pleo, driving content design for a major area of the product, influencing strategy, defining voice and structure, and delivering outcomes through clear, human-centered communication. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering leadership, partner across disciplines, and raise the bar for how we design with language at scale.
